Review guidelines
Last updated 19 August 2026
Reviews are the most valuable thing on this site, which is why we moderate them carefully. Here is exactly what we look for.
What gets published
- First-hand experience with the firm — you bought a challenge, traded an account, or dealt with support.
- Specifics. Which challenge, what account size, what actually happened, and when.
- Criticism. We publish negative reviews. Firms do not get them removed by asking.
What does not
- Reviews containing referral links, telegram handles or contact details.
- Reviews you were paid or incentivised to write, from either direction.
- Copies or near-copies of an existing review, including your own posted from a second account.
- Personal information about staff, or abuse directed at individuals.
- Complaints that are really about your own trading rather than the firm's conduct.
Verification
Send us a purchase receipt, payout confirmation or dashboard screenshot and we will mark your review verified. Verified reviews are weighted more heavily in a firm's rating and are labelled publicly.
If your review is rejected
You will get a specific reason by email, and you can edit and resubmit. If you think we got it wrong, reply to that email — a human reads every appeal.
